我係讀緊BA(SE)的Natalie, 對我來說,GoodLife就是：當我張開眼時,身邊有令我舒服的人和環境；閉上眼時,心裏會有屬於個人的心安和平靜。你找到獨一無二的Goodlife了嗎？

I am Kat from BA (LS) and BEd (EL). My definition of Goodlife is to try new foods. I love eating healthily and exploring various food combinations. I wish to discover flavours that will not only activate my tastebuds but also stimulate other senses in my body.

我是TPG（MPPM）的迪迪。對我來說，Goodlife是鬆弛有度的。我最愛在忙碌之後，在閒暇時刻與好友相約爬山望海。而那一刻的靜謐十分難得。

我是讀Med (LVE)的Lily。對我來說，Goodlife是逐漸了解自己，找到自己的能力和使命，並在踐行自己使命的路程上，不斷提升自己，感受生命的力量。我喜歡聊天，我希望日後在跟別人交流的時候，能給大家帶來正向力量。

我是讀MED(CTA)的Andie。於我而言，Goodlife是感恩與珍惜:時刻銘記生命中出現過的貴人並心懷感激;珍惜親人朋友健在、日復一日更迭著的平凡日子。

我係讀緊BA CAC & BEd Mu 嘅Anson。對我黎講，可以有一穩定嘅收入比自己同屋企人，有空餘時間做自己野，健健康康就係Goodlife la 😀

I am Carol from BA(TCSL) Good life for me is not about seeking wealth, power or social status. It’s all about being honest with yourself by finding what is your love, doing what you love and loving who you love. Instead of worrying about tomorrow, we should treasure the moment for a good life.

我是讀BEd（CL）的Sarah。美好生活對我而言，是一種內外兼修的體驗。外在的美好生活包括了身體和精神的健康，擁有穩定的工作和足夠的財富，以及舒適的生活環境。而內在的美好生活則包括了情感上的滿足，擁有親密的人際關係和深刻的人生體驗。此外，追求夢想和熱情的熱忱以及為社會做出積極的貢獻和影響，也能為美好生活增添層次和豐富性。總而言之，美好生活不僅是物質上的滿足，更是一種精神和情感上的充實。

我係讀緊BEd(CL)既Jacky。對我嚟講，Good Life就是 和他們一齊看西貢的海 一齊chok墨魚 一齊睇日落月升 一齊訓係船上面睇滿月數星星 一齊食好多好多餐飯 Good Life是，你知道苦澀時候總會有的那份甜。

「試問嶺南應不好，卻道：此心安處是吾鄉。」 我係讀緊BEd(EL)嘅Rachel。Goodlife係甘於平凡的勇氣，努力擁抱身邊嘅同行者。上莊遇到喺高低起伏都係我避風港嘅莊員，落莊之後做「死老鬼」，回歸平凡，就更有空間愛與被愛。❤️

我係讀緊BEd(CL)既Zoe，對我嚟講，美好生活就係活在當下、感恩遇見所有既事物。當中可能包括咗唔同既情緒，或者一D令人傷心流淚既事，但依D都係自己生命既一部分。我都會珍惜、尊重。

我係讀緊中教嘅Kaykay。對我來講，Goodlife就係同自己獨處，探索唔同新事物嘅時間～

I am Yuliya from BA(LS)&BEd(EL). Goodlife for me is the constant aspiration to pursue happiness. Whether it is in small things, such as beautiful sky and tasty food, or in big events, such as travel, I strive to be happy

我是來自BEd（CL）的Sweety，對於我而言，Goodlife就是按照自己的節奏安排好自己的每一天，不被他人所定義，展現最真實的自己，這也是我一直所追求的life style。 【當然，享受美食是goodlife很重要的一部分！ 😋】

我喺讀BEd(Eng)既Terry。對我黎講，可以探索呢個世界既唔同面向，接觸得到更加多來自唔同背景既人就係Good life。期待喺黎緊淨返4年既大學生涯，都可以接觸到更多既新事物！

I am Toby from BEd(English Language). My definition of having a Good Life is to be able to experience the 5As which are to Allow, Accept, Accompany, Acknowledge and Appreciate. Having a life in which I can allow myself to feel my emotions, accept and embrace who I really am, accompany my loved ones through the ups and the downs, while acknowledging the fact that everything is temporary, and taking the time to appreciate all the things, woeful or blissful, happen in life is what I call a Good Life. In short, slow down and live in this beautiful moment!

Hello everyone~ I am Vivien. 'Goodlife' is where I have a balance of work-self-life. Having solitary moments where I can explore new baking recipes or indulge in things I love, and spending time doing life with friends and family; exploring the nature or the latest exhibition in town.

我係讀BEd(CL)嘅Stella～於我而言，如果可以冇任何壓力咁快樂地度過每一日，我就已經好心滿意足啦（笑）間唔中參加一啲有意義嘅義工服務同埋好好挽嘅到校活動，從中再識到一班志同道合又好好傾嘅朋友！有人會嚟主動愛我，而我亦都擁有愛人嘅能力，嚟一份美好我真係好鍾意呀💗✨

我係讀BA(CL)嘅Amber。對我嚟講, Goodlife就係每日都抱住積極樂觀嘅心態開心過活。雖然成日都會遇到難過嘅事，不過只係生活中發現小確幸，好快就可以改變心境，開心返㗎啦！
